White
Changes!
By Sopravvento, Canavese, Piemonte, Italy
The brothers' first wine, first made in 2019: an amber white that macerates over a month on its skins and ages in acacia.
Tasting notes
Amber-yellow colour. Refined floral aromas of mimosa and chamomile, with apricot and peach, and echoes of resin and sealing wax adding complexity. Tense and fresh on entry; a lively thrust and a tannic touch lead to a well-calibrated sip with a long finish.
Pairs well with
Delicate and fresh herb cheeses, pumpkin dishes and shellfish
