Tasting notes
Bright, transparent ruby red. Intense and deep nose of violet and rose alternating with strawberry jam, pomegranate and peach; mint, herbs, tea leaves, sweet liquorice and balsamic notes on the finish. Savoury, fresh and very balanced on the palate, structured, with very fine tannin and a long finish.
Pairs well with
Game, polenta, cured meats and aged cheeses
