Tasting notes
Elegant red with violet highlights, offering ripe red fruit aromas with notes of vanilla and toast. Enveloping and well-balanced on the palate, elegant and full-bodied, with a plum finish.
Pairs well with
Roasts, braised and stewed dishes, game and hard cheeses; also excellent as a meditation wine.

- Vinification
- Traditional vinification with fermentation at about 28°C in stainless steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation also in steel. Aged about a year in small (225 litre) Tronçais and Allier oak barrels, with a further minimum 12 months in bottle.
