A Barbera and Pinot Nero rosé, cold-macerated and fermented at controlled temperature.
Tasting notes
Light, bright rosé colour. Aromas of violet, rose, cherry and strawberry predominate. Vivacious and fresh on the palate with a long, juicy fruity finish.
Pairs well with
Appetisers, light soups, fish and white meats; very pleasant as an aperitif.
