Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Flowers, fresh fruit, citrus and sage. Lightly sparkling and sweet, with good acidity and savouriness.
Pairs well with
Panettone, meliga biscuits and hazelnut cake; as an aperitif with bread, butter and anchovies.
