- Vinification
- Fermentation and maceration in concrete vats of 3,000 to 5,000 litres at 25 to 27 C, with two pump-overs a day. Racked several times into steel tanks for about 15 days; racked into steel tanks, then several months in Slavonian oak barrels and bottle ageing before release.
