A deep, intense expression, strongly linked to the tradition of various vineyards in the municipality of Serralunga. Balsamic, earthy with powerful yet elegant tannins.

- Vinification
- Fermentation and maceration in concrete vats of 3,000 to 5,000 litres at 25 to 27 C, with two pump-overs a day. Racked several times into steel tanks, then at least 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels and at least six months in bottle before release.
