- White soil known locally as "Dentin", calcareous marl with a good mineral content, among the last outcrops before alpine conglomerates take over; steep slopes locally influenced by the nearby Ligurian Sea
- Harvest
- Mid September, hand-picked with selection of the best bunches in the vineyard
- Vineyard planting
- 0.74 ha; organic farming; low Guyot; 60 q/ha
- Vinification
- Destemming and cryomaceration; the must ferments in small steam-bent acacia wood and the wine rests on the lees with batonnage, then a short passage in steel; at least 1 year in bottle. Organic wine made with indigenous yeasts.
