Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow appearance, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is refined and intense, with fragrant vegetal notes, fresh fruit aromas, and hints of bread crust. On the palate, it is very well balanced, with a typical lively freshness complemented by notable softness and structure, finishing with an elegant and savory persistence.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif, and ideal throughout the meal.
