Barbera d'Asti
By Poderi dei Bricchi Astigiani, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's entry-level Barbera d'Asti, organically farmed and aged six months in steel for easy, everyday drinking.
Tasting notes
The color is ruby red. The aroma is dominated by cherries, plums and dark berries, which evolve into hints of jam and fruit in alcohol, then more or less intense balsamic, spicy and sometimes floral notes. The taste is full, of great warmth and harmony.
Pairs well with
A versatile wine for the whole meal, also good with seafood.
