Sparkling
Metodo Classico
By Pietro Cassina, Alto Piemonte, Piemonte, Italy
A Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from 100% Erbaluce, aged on the lees for 24 to 48 months before disgorgement.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with slightly greenish highlights. Pleasant fruity and floral notes on the nose, with a nostalgic hint of freshly baked bread. Harmonious on the palate, with good ribbing, never edgy, pleasant acidity and good persistence.
