A rosé from 100% red grapes, vinified like a white. Gramplin is Piedmontese for fixed idea.
Tasting notes
Pink coral colour. Intense and fruity on the nose, with raspberry and yellow plum. Balanced on the palate, with lively acidity and a fruity finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, fish and white meats.

- Vinification
- Direct pressing with brief skin contact in the press, in reduction. Fermentation at low temperature (18 °C), 3 months in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation, then 2 months in bottle.
