Gattinara DOCG made from 100% Nebbiolo grown on old, company owned vineyards in Gattinara with an average vine age of 50 years, harvested entirely by hand due to the steep terrain. Dry and austere on the palate with soft tannins and a long aging potential.
Tasting notes
Garnet red colour with orange reflections. Bouquet of roses, violets, dried fruit and spices. Dry and austere in the mouth, with soft tannins.

- Vinification
- Vinification in stainless steel with delestage and manual punching down (follature). Malolactic fermentation completed naturally in stainless steel. Aged 36 months in tonneaux.

- Aging potential of 15 years or more. Best kept lying down in a cool, dark place.
