A blend of Barbera, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto from the family's Rodello vineyards, aged in wood before bottling.
Tasting notes
Intense garnet ruby colour. Aromas of almond, sour cherry and mint. Dense on the palate, with tight tannins and a vigorous finish.
Pairs well with
White and red meats roasted, braised or stewed, truffle dishes, aged cheeses and cured meats.

- The three varieties are vinified separately, in steel tanks with about ten days of skin maceration, then blended for ageing: 12 months in wood and 2 months in bottle.
