A more structured Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG from 100% Cortese, macerated cold before pressing, with an alcohol content of 12 to 13% vol and an estimated ageing potential of about 20 years; also bottled in half and magnum formats.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow in colour, with an intense, persistent, savoury nose of citrus fruit; the palate is intense, persistent and fresh, with a long finish and a typical, slightly bitter aftertaste.
