Timorgasso

Timorgasso is Morgassi Superiore's Monferrato Bianco DOC made from 100% Timorasso, grown on a dedicated plot and given extended lees and bottle ageing, with an alcohol content of 13.5 to 14.5% vol and an estimated ageing potential of about 20 years.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights; a fairly intense, persistent nose of spice and smoke, and a fairly intense, persistent, well-balanced, mineral palate.
