A Nebbiolo Barbaresco from the Serracapelli MGA in Neive, aged 12 to 14 months in French oak.
Tasting notes
Spicy notes of white pepper, floral notes of candied violet and small ripe red berries. On the palate it shows the character of the Serracapelli MGA: structure, freshness and a balsamic touch, with very good persistence.
Pairs well with
Game such as venison and pheasant; aged cheeses.
