Tasting notes

Deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. Intense and complex aroma with notes of red fruits, vanilla, and spices. Full-bodied, warm, and harmonious on the palate with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Excellent with roasted red meats, game, aged cheeses, and truffle dishes.
