Red
Cardunaj
By Malabaila di Canale, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
Cardunaj is a dry red wine made from an indigenous Roero grape variety traditionally vinified sweet, here reinterpreted in a fresher, dry style.
Tasting notes
Sweet-leaning aromas on the nose with a dry, balanced finish on the palate; delicate notes of rose, cherry blossom and raspberries, refined tannins and a pleasant salinity.
Pairs well with
Dishes that are difficult to pair, such as asparagus or artichoke risotto, or spiced ethnic preparations.
