ad LUNAM
By Magda Pedrini, Gavi, Piemonte, Italy
Gavi DOCG del Comune di Gavi, fresh and delicate, with intense aromas that the estate attributes to the soil and the breeze coming from Liguria.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with light greenish nuances. Fruity and fragrant on the nose, with hints of fresh fruit and white flowers. Full and harmonious on the palate, full-bodied, fresh and elegant.
Pairs well with
Fish-based appetisers, fried dishes, delicate first courses, omelettes and vegetable flans, soft cheeses
