The Gavi del Comune di Gavi from La Toledana's Vigne Rade project, made from pure Cortese and described by the estate as a white wine for aging.
Tasting notes
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. White fruits and flowers with citrus notes. Dry, refined and well balanced, fresh and persistent with a slightly almond-like finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, fish dishes, light sauce-based first courses, Gavi ravioli, white meats and goat cheeses.
