The 2015 Cortese del Comune di Gavi Toledana is the result of a decade-long project to keep the wine on its lees for nine years in stainless steel. The label reads Cortese di Gavi.
Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow with greenish hints. Intense, mineral and spicy aromas with enveloping tertiary notes. Dry, fine and balanced, persistent, sapid and of great length on the palate.
Pairs well with
Fish dishes, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
