White
Pisé
By La Raia, Gavi, Piemonte, Italy
Tasting notes
Brilliant light straw yellow with slightly green hints. Broad and intense, with a complex nose of flowers, ripe pear, honey and slight vanilla. Rich, warm and harmonious on the palate, with moderate but present acidity and a savoury, persistent, concentrated finish.
