Tasting notes
Colour: intense ruby red. Nose: intense and fresh, with strawberry, blackcurrant and violet. Palate: slightly tannic, with ripe red fruit and the typical pleasantly bitter finish.

Tagliatelle with ragù, roast chicken and medium-aged cheeses
