Tasting notes
Violet in colour with an intense, cellar-fresh ('vinoso') bouquet; dry and soft on the palate with good tannin.

An everyday wine, good with cured meats and cheese.

- Vinification
- Crushed and destemmed grapes ferment with selected yeasts; the skins macerate 5 to 7 days before a gentle pressing keeps only the free-run must; malolactic fermentation and ageing both take place in steel through to bottling.
