Red
Barbera d'Asti
By F.lli Botto, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
A 100% Barbera from vines in Ricaldone, macerated on the skins and vinified entirely in steel for a fresh, food-friendly red.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red with aromas of red fruit, especially cherry; dry, warm and fairly soft on the palate, with restrained but fresh tannin.
Pairs well with
Meat dishes, stuffed pasta, and full-flavoured cheeses.
