A sparkling rose made from Brachetto, which the estate calls Piemonte's most versatile grape for spumante.
Tasting notes
Rose coloured with a floral bouquet, pleasantly soft with a red-berry aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Delicate raw-fish dishes, or on its own as an aperitif.

- Vinification
- Grapes are picked early to preserve aromas and acidity, then gently pressed for free-run must only; after cold settling and low-temperature fermentation, a secondary fermentation (Martinotti method) makes the wine sparkling.
