Tasting notes
Ruby-red and full-bodied. Floral, with aromas of dried roses, mint, licorice and spice. Elegant, with strong yet balanced and silky tannins and a long, persistent finish.

- Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with daily pumping over, then malolactic fermentation. The wine matures 12 months in French oak barriques. Bottled normally in April-May, it rests in the cellar for 18-20 months before release.
