Pajana
By Domenico Clerico, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Single-vineyard Barolo from the Pajana plot within the Ginestra cru in Monforte d'Alba, produced by the estate for the last 30 years.
Tasting notes
Named after the old road running along the top of the hill, an ancient pass connecting Monforte d'Alba and Serralunga. Described by the winery as a plot in flourishing balance, carrying its exuberance to the glass.
