Sweet

L'Indagato

By Claudio Mariotto, Colli Tortonesi, Piemonte, Italy

Claudio Mariotto L'Indagato

A partially fermented, lightly sparkling Moscato whose natural sweetness comes from stopping fermentation early by controlling temperature.

Tasting notes

Wide, intriguing and engaging, recalling fresh fruit from banana to apple with a particularly fine almond note. Clean, rich and velvety, with a moderate acidity that balances the sugar.
