Roero Arneis DOCG made from 100% Arneis grown on clay and sandy soils in Priocca, macerated briefly on the skins then aged on the lees in steel. About 12,000 bottles a year.
Tasting notes
This Roero Arneis offers a brilliant straw-yellow color, with an inviting aromatic profile of ripe pear, white peach, almond, and a hint of chamomile. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a pleasant minerality and a long, flavorful finish.

Sea and vegetable appetizers, risotto, fish, white meats
