A barrel-fermented, Burgundy-inspired Chardonnay from the Vigna Levi plot, made only in good years and recognised among AIS Vitae 2027's 100 Vini Rivelazione (2024 vintage).

Tasting notes

Fresh, delicate and fruity, with the texture of barrel fermentation and lees ageing: the estate calls it 'a bit of Burgundy in Costigliole'.

Pairs well with

Refined dishes, aged cheeses and shellfish, as well as risotto, fish and white meats; the estate suggests serving it in large red-wine glasses.
