Rugiada is a sweet red wine made from raisined (appassimento) grapes of the region's most widespread red variety, aged three years in wood and three more in bottle before release.
Tasting notes
The residual sugar and the freshness of the grape give a sweet red that pairs with many dishes. Suited to cheese and dark chocolate, and served after dinner.

- Made from the most widespread red grape variety in the region (not named by the producer). Grapes harvested slightly early, then dried on racks (appassimento) for about three months, pressed and fermented; aged three years in wood followed by three more years in bottle before release. Bottled in 500ml format.
