Gianola is Cascina Garitina's Nizza DOCG Riserva, a blend of the estate's three named Nizza vineyards (Vegia, Cec and Margherita), aged in new oak tonneaux and rested at least 5 years in bottle before release.

Made in the same way as the old Neuvsent, by joining the three Nizza vineyards. Raised in new tonneaux, then rests in bottle for years before release.
