Red
Langhe Nebbiolo
By Cascina delle Rose, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
A Langhe Nebbiolo from a single vineyard in Barbaresco on lean, mineral-rich soils, fermented and aged only in steel and cement.
Tasting notes
Bright garnet red with elegant, classic fruity and floral notes, deep and clean, a clear expression of the grape. Dense, fine, silky tannin and a very persistent finish.
Pairs well with
Matches perfectly with cured meats and raw ham, white or red meats and medium-aged cheeses.

The wine ages entirely in steel and cement, no wood, before bottling on a waning moon, unfiltered and unclarified.
