A Dolcetto d'Alba blended from vineyards in Barbaresco and Neive, fermented and aged entirely in steel and cement, meant as an everyday wine.
Tasting notes
Intense, brilliant ruby red with floral notes of violet and red fruit, fresh and clean, with fragrant fruit pulp, a very fine, snappy tannin and remarkable persistence.

An everyday wine that pairs well with simple dishes: appetizers, first courses, white or red meats and fresh cheeses.

- Marine-origin soil with compact stratification, subsoil mainly silt, clay and sand, over grey-blue calcareous marl with abundant underground spring water.

- South-west, 300m asl (Barbaresco); South/South-east, 285m asl (Neive)
- Vineyard planting
- Guyot, 4,400 to 5,000 vines per hectare
- Vinification
- Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed by machine so the stalks stay whole and the seeds are not crushed. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in steel tanks, with skin maceration of about 10 to 15 days. The wine ages entirely in steel and cement, no wood, before bottling on a waning moon, unfiltered and unclarified.
