Rosso di sera is a Barbera-based aromatized red wine flavored with spices and herbs, at 18% abv, sold in the estate's after-dinner range.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with orange reflections. Spiced bouquet with notes of vanilla, quinine, cloves and gentian. The sweetness is balanced by a pleasant sour-bitter edge and complex retronasal sensations.
