All'Insù Vini

A poetic, constellation-inspired estate in the heart of Monferrato, split between vineyards in Agliano Terme and the high hills of Albugnano. All'Insù Vini is a family project rooted in biodynamic philosophy — their name means "upwards," a nod to the night sky that guides their winemaking. Small vineyards surrounded by oak and wild cherry forests create unique microclimates with cooling evening breezes. Their wines are named after constellations visible from their vineyards: Cygnus, Pegasus, and Berenices. The estate embraces the concept of "sidereal tannins" — tannins shaped by the cold of night when photosynthesis stops and the structure and elegance of their red wines is decided.
