Tasting notes
A dry white, savoury and mineral, with high alcohol and excellent structure. Elegant on the palate with a long, persistent finish. It gives its best after long ageing in bottle.

- Timorasso from a single vineyard at the top of a calanco in Costa Vescovato. Ages on its fine lees in temperature-controlled steel with regular batonnage for about eighteen months after harvest, then at least 12 months in bottle. Made only in the best vintages.
