Tasting notes
2021 vintage: ripe vintage, intense red fruit aromas, balanced tannins and long finish. Vineyard character: full bodied wines with intense red fruit matched by youthful tannins on the finish.

- Vinification
- Fermentation at 30°C (85°F), 28 days of skin contact, malolactic completed. Aged 30 months in large oak barrels and 9 months in bottle (2021 vintage, bottled May 2025). Total production 19,431 bottles and 1,951 magnums.
