Ruby red with garnet reflections. Fine and elegant on the nose, with nuances of cherry, rose and sweet liquorice. Full and harmonious on the palate, with soft, elegant tannins, long and persistent.

Vinification
Aged 36 months in French oak, in 1,600-litre casks and some 400-litre barriques, after malolactic fermentation. The grapes of three terroirs are harvested and vinified separately before the final blend.
