Tasting notes
Intense ruby red, drifting to slight orange reflections with age. Broad, refined bouquet of violet and gladiolus. Light, fine, dry on the palate, with fresh acidity alongside tannins, and a delicate bitter finish typical of the grape's pips (the "grignole").
