Tasting notes
Colour: Full purple red color. Aroma: Rich aroma, full and complex, full of personality, with elegant notes of blueberry, blackberry and spices. Palate: Full and structured, balanced, with a long finish.

- Harvest: Manual, in boxes. Clusters thinned at veraison to limit yield. Vinification: Soft-pressing, maceration at controlled temperature for about 18 days. Ageing: In barriques, tonneaux and 6 months in bottle.
