The vineyard cultivated by great-grandparents Maria and Carlo at the beginning of the 20th century. It is a strip of sandy loam hill, of volcanic origin. The color of these sands tends to yellow-ochre and their main characteristic is to give very vertical and elegant wines. The original planting dates back to 1986 and a part was restructured in 2015. The total surface area is 2 ha and the exposures vary between east, south and west at an altitude of about 300 m a.s.l.

- Fermentation and maceration in steel with daily pump-overs and punch-downs for 5/15 days. Natural malolactic fermentation after racking or during the following spring. Unfiltered. Maturation: approximately 12/18 months in oak barrels. Aging: 6 months in bottle before distribution.

- 16-18° C. Cool in summer.
