A Nebbiolo from the historic vineyards of Roasio, characterized by sandy loam of volcanic origin. The wine undergoes fermentation and maceration in steel, followed by maturation in tonneaux and bottle aging. Known for its verticality and elegance, it pairs well with a variety of dishes.
