Tasting notes
Floral and spicy bouquet, tannic on the palate. The notes are in continuous evolution, all still to be discovered.
Pairs well with
Ideal with succulent dishes, pasta, baked pasta, grilled meats and roasts, dishes with white truffle, intense legume soups, aged and spicy cheeses, in particular Parmigiano Reggiano 24, 36 and 48 months.
