Tommaso Bosco Terre Rosse

Medium-bodied Grignolino d'Asti from a red, slightly sandy soil, kept in steel for 5 to 6 months. Pale ruby, dry and tannic.

Tasting notes

Light ruby red with orange hints. Aromas of rose and pepper, red fruit and flowers. Dry, fine, slightly bitter and elegantly tannic.

Pairs well with

White meat, Piedmontese bagna cauda; surprising with fish when served slightly chilled
