Rosé
Elatis
By G. B. Burlotto, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
A rosé from a blend of native varieties, fermented and aged in steel.
Tasting notes
In praise of the infusion in watercolor; a marine suggestion with scents of peaches, citrus fruits and spices emerging in a translucent light. Good for the heat, because it restores and refreshes; and for the cold, because somehow it tastes like home.
