Archetipo
By Ezio Poggio, Colli Tortonesi, Piemonte, Italy
A Timorasso that embodies the territory, history, and courage of Val Borbera, offering a complex and age-worthy white wine.
Tasting notes
Bright, lively straw yellow with golden reflections. Intense and mineral on the nose, with white flowers and citrus, and with age hydrocarbon and flint notes develop. Marked acidity, full-bodied, savoury, structured and persistent.
