- Grapes are hand-harvested, selected in the vineyard. Vinified as a red with skin maceration in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel for one year, then in French oak barrels (2,000 litres) for about 20 months, reaching the 32 months required for the Riserva mention.
